一、原招标公告及招标文件：

1.提交投标文件截止时间、开标时间和地点

时间：2022年12月29日09:00（北京时间）；

2.投标文件网络递交截止时间:在开标日（2022年12月29日）09:00前，网络递交至大连市电子化政府采购管理与交易系统。

3.样品递交截止时间：2022年12月29日09时00分；

4.样品：

A包：提供样品1套；

5.A包评分标准：

（1）样品：10分；

（2）满足产品要求的情况：12分；

（3）售后服务保障措施：4分。

二、现变更为：

1.提交投标文件截止时间、开标时间和地点

时间：2023年01月13日09:00（北京时间）；

2.投标文件网络递交截止时间:在开标日（2023年01月13日）09:00前，网络递交至大连市电子化政府采购管理与交易系统。

3.样品递交时间：2023年01月13日08:30至09:00(北京时间)；

4.样品：

A包：不需要提供样品；

5.A包评分标准：

（1）取消样品评分；

（2）满足产品要求的情况：18分；详见评分标准

（3）售后服务保障措施：8分。详见评分标准
